We visited Roman Baths during my MBA summer exchange program in Europe. We took a day trip from London to Stonehenge and Bath. Built around 70 AD as a bathing complex, this architectural marvel is located around natural hot springs. Highly informative audio guide available at the entrance of the Baths is the best way to explore the fascinating history of the Baths. Did you know that the spring waters still fill the baths? The water temperature naturally reaches steaming 46° C. It is fascinating to imagine that over 2000 years ago the Romans built this luxury retreat with many pools with different water temperatures in each individual pools.
